In a November 2016 report from Cashbackholic, a cash back comparison website that lists rates for over 10,000 retail stores, ten popular cash back websites were evaluated for their rates and store availability. The report found that BeFrugal had the highest number of U.S. stores on its website, as well as the greatest number of stores with the highest cash back rates, and the largest percentage of stores with the highest cash back rates.

As part of its mission, BeFrugal guarantees shoppers the best coupons, cash back rates and customer service. At the time of the report, BeFrugal offered cash back at over 4,800 U.S. retailers. Cashbackholic also found that BeFrugal offered the highest rates for 75% of stores.
