How Does the Best Cash Back Rate Guarantee Work?

Found a better rate elsewhere? Just contact us within 24 hours of your purchase with your receipt, the store name, the higher cash back rate offered, and a link to the other site's cash back rate.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. You must have made a cash back eligible purchase through BeFrugal.
2. Our Cash Back Rate Guarantee does not apply to rates offered by paid membership rewards sites or credit card rewards programs.
3. Limit one per store per member.
4. Maximum credit of $25 per transaction.
5. Submit your claim within 24 hours of purchase and include the following information:

• Order receipt
• Store name
• Specific link to the competitor site with the higher cash back rate
• Competitor cash back rate offered (in $ or %)
