Michael's is so overpriced that with a 40 off coupon it was inline with another art store, with only 20 percent off coupons,I shop elsewhere. Bye bye Michael's.

Michaels has a very good serves, and if you need help finding something they will really try to help you even if they are not completely sure if they have it in the store and if they don't they will tell you if they have it online only or out of stock. If they don't have it in store or online they will tell you a few different stores that should have what ever you are looking for.

I love shopping at Michaels. I can find everything I need for any project I'm working on. Last Wednesday July 22 I came in looking for something I wanted to make but did not know what type material to use. A customer service lady named Nancy asked if she could help me and I told her my idea. She immediately went to some different items she thought would work. And it did. She was so wonderful, she showed me where everything was that I wanted to get. I cannot sing enough praises for how wonderful she was. She needs to be Employee of the Month. I did not get her last name but she works at the Michael's in Springfield, Il At the store on Veterans.

This store is getting progressively unnecessary. No selection in their paints, no flow medium, very little stock of beads, and wood items. More and More I find it necessary to order online from other stores and websites. Aggravating. Gloss enamel requires flow medium, you sell one not the other. Your supply of acrylic paints (Deco-Art) is extremely limited. No pattern books at all for Decorative Painting. It is like your buyer knows nothing about decorative art. Putting Martha Stewart in and limiting the ones we actually use was not a good move. You are making it where your employees will be looking for work elsewhere. I belong to a national group in which everyone is disappointed in your store.

I like your selection of merchandise. There is something new when I come in. I'm delighted.
