To err is human I suppose... It's a real pain to have to return a drive in order and then have it compounded by rude and unapologetic staff. When it happens repeatedly it becomes clear that these people don't have a clue about running a business. When they first opened it was really great. We all loved the chicken strips and gravy. Now I've learned my lesson. When we all want Chicken Express we make the long drive to the NW OKC franchise. Don't waste your time.
