Nice relaxing atmosphere and efficient professional service. Don't drink, so I can't say much about that! Love their tropical ice tea! Mother Lode 5 layer chocolate cake is the BOMB! I went to the Burbank location just after it opened and it was surprisly good. I had the spare ribs and they were really good. Tonight we went with friends. I am sad to say the service was awful. Our frinds ordered clam chowder and it came out cold. They sent it back and had to wait aother 15 minutes and it again was cold and too salty. In the meantime, we got our salads and our main dish. The waitress was not good. She got sidetracked and didn't bring their salad for another 10 minutes. In the meantime we had finished our dinners. They ordered the ribs and shrimp combo. When she saw their salads were finished she should have brought their main dish which she did not. Finally after another 15 minutes, she brougt their dinner. The ribs were good but the shrimp was not. Needless to say, it will be a long time before we go again and it is a shame because we were really looking forward to their opening.
