My husband and I ea at Hardees Store #1501517 in Lake City, Fl about 5-6 times a week, sometimes two times in he same day, both for breakfast and evening meals. We have had such a pleasant experience with one certain employee, whose attitude, dismeaner, personality, etc. never wavers, no matter what the situation is or to whom he is dealing with (customers or management). His name is Cody. He always welcomes anyone who enters the restaurant to your establishment, and then, during a slow period, is constantly cleaaning the dining area, obtaining trays, etc, but always asks if he can get us anything else, refill a drink, or if he can get anything else for us.He never hesitates to mingle with the customers as he is doing his job. I just wanted you to know what a VALUABLE ASSET Cody is to your company, if you are not already aware of this! I talked to one of his managers today, and she told me that they are definately aware of how valuable he is, and that they always have compliments on his service. This young man deserves a raise in pay, and an opportunity to join the management team (if he so desires), because he would make a fantastic boss to the younger people employed, by Hardees. He is a perfect role model for the younger generation now entering the work force. Please take my comments into serious consideration, and would like to know how the Hardees firm deals with my input. Thank you for listening to my comments.
