The McDonalds in our area raised their prices so high it's cheaper to eat someplace else. example sausage muffin is a dollar every other McDonald. our has been raised to 3 dollars . not worth the price increase. other items also raised in prices. not going back to these places anymore.

The store in Promanades in P.C. Fl has some of the nicest staff but everytime I get home and open bag something is wrong! Mainly the chicken items. Ive gone at all hrs and its never any different. Chicken is hard, old and dry. My dog won't even eat it. I call and they always say come back and we will replace it. Thats all well and good if I wanted to get back in my wheelchair and in the car, come back and get it. WRONG! I'm home and settled. Why can't they get it right the first time?? Between gas and my time it's not worth it. Even with coupons, I had one for free ff and med soda with purchase of the new buttermilk chicken sand. That alone was over 5 dollars. Make the coupons worth it. Actually it was only a 20 cent diff if I bought the med combo.

I guess different people have different taste for coffee. Years ago we stopped for coffee about every time we went by a nearby McDonalds. Then several years ago it changed. We don't go because we can't stand the coffee. Last time we got coffee my wife and I both poured it out. Another couple there thought it was horrible also. It is too STRONG!

Spend 3 or 4 days eating one meal or another at3 or 4 local McD. Similar problems at all: Napkin dispencers over fulled, in wrong be it upside down back in instead of front or combination of improper methods at all.
Counter help spends time talking to other workers not watching for customers or spend spare time checking order board thus have back to new customers. Their order board to check should be mounted so that they face customer area not have their back to customers with needs. Hot food such as pancakes are either cool or cold and need to be returned. Clerks do not speak up so customers can hear them.
All same problems at all McD around the United States. Managers do not manage well.

I wish McDonald's would go back 25 years on how workers are trained and taking some pride in their work. They make more wages now then then and less respect to customers now. I am 54 female i always loved McDonald's but now it"s to the point that i don't want to share the experience with my grand kids. I feel all children should feel the excitement that my brothers and i had going to McDonald's. I eatn at Mc Donalds on the road all fo the Time. The Food is always fresh and the Coffee Hot. I do agree with one of the writers that the fries are sometimes half full and put non the tray in a way that they look full untill you pick-up the container, the fries drop back into the container half full. This generally happens when the place is packed and the employees Slamed.

I have found a decreasing quality in food. Not only a taste failure but also size. Their coffee use to be the best around. Now it seems, unless you get the first few pots of the day, I find what seems a watered down fare, even before noon. For taste, size and service for the fast food fare Burger King tops them all!

Over priced, often dried out. For about the same price I can go two blocks down the road to an Asian restaurant and get a variety of ALL you can eat. More than once have I received 'error' orders. Finding out something is missing, after I get on the freeway and no possible easy return.

Generally all right. I have, however, noticed your Kalamazoo,Michigan locations have sometimes had a tendency to run out of orders, especially on week-ends. This happened recently in Kalamazoo on Westnedge. I got the wrong order but somebody with a different order didn't get their order because Tyler told them customer that the store ran out of apple pies.However, you still treat customers better than Culvers.BobTruck

I guess different people have different taste for coffee. Years ago we stopped for coffee about every time we went by a nearby McDonalds. Then several years ago it changed. We don't go because we can't stand the coffee. Last time we got coffee my wife and I both poured it out. Another couple there thought it was horrible also. It is too STRONG!

im 73 stopped @ McDonald with my granddaughter she w3as driving i ordered tea she order coke. i handed her a $20.00 bill she hand it to the spanish girl in the window. she handed my granddaughter change we started to next window. my granddaughter was handing me the change she stop mamaw she short changed you she coluld backup because of other cars. so @ the next window we told them what happen. they told us to pull up out of the way & a youny girl came out said there was no mistake that i didnt give the girl a $20. i explanded I had just gone thru the ATM and thats all I got And had. she said she was the manager and that was that. I have all was worked dont have to steal.

Spend 3 or 4 days eating one meal or another at3 or 4 local McD. Similar problems at all: Napkin dispencers over fulled, in wrong be it upside down back in instead of front or combination of improper methods at all. Counter help spends time talking to other workers not watching for customers or spend spare time checking order board thus have back to new customers. Their order board to check should be mounted so that they face customer area not have their back to customers with needs. Hot food such as pancakes are either cool or cold and need to be returned. Clerks do not speak up so customers can hear them. All same problems at all McD around the United States. Managers do not manage well.

I wish McDonald's would go back 25 years on how workers are trained and taking some pride in their work. They make more wages now then then and less respect to customers now. I am 54 female i always loved McDonald's but now it"s to the point that i don't want to share the experience with my grand kids. I feel all children should feel the excitement that my brothers and i had going to McDonald's. Back then it was more about children and i think it should go more that way again, the adults will and buy for them self's as always.

I eatn at Mc Donalds on the road all fo the Time. The Food is always fresh and the Coffee Hot. I do agree with one of the writers that the fries are sometimes half full and put non the tray in a way that they look full untill you pick-up the container, the fries drop back into the container half full. This generally happens when the place is packed and the employees Slamed.

McDonald's is over-rated! The only decent sandwich they have is the Chicken Wrap. I agree with one other customer who states, "They don't fill their french fry container. They make it look full by throwing it on your tray." Their fries are no longer #1. Also, thanks but no thanks for cutting back on "Teacher Appreciation Day". This year (2015) you are giving us "NOTHING"! We have to buy something...How is that being appreciated?

I ate 1 Big Mac at McDonalds and pucked before I was half way thru it. Because there is to much junk on it. I think there was a spot of hamburger inside if that is what you called meat? The French fries always look like they come from the bottom of a old bag & soggy.

I have found a decreasing quality in food. Not only a taste failure but also size. Their coffee use to be the best around. Now it seems, unless you get the first few pots of the day, I find what seems a watered down fare, even before noon. For taste, size and service for the fast food fare Burger King tops them all!

Over priced, often dried out. For about the same price I can go two blocks down the road to an Asian restaurant and get a variety of ALL you can eat. More than once have I received 'error' orders. Finding out something is missing, after I get on the freeway and no possible easy return.

Generally all right. I have, however, noticed your Kalamazoo,Michigan locations have sometimes had a tendency to run out of orders, especially on week-ends. This happened recently in Kalamazoo on Westnedge. I got the wrong order but somebody with a different order didn't get their order because Tyler told them customer that the store ran out of apple pies.However, you still treat customers better than Culvers.BobTruck
