If I could give this company a zero rating on cash back I would. The product is great. The cash back is not reliable. The first time I ordered, the company said I used the back button and disallowed. The second time I ordered I followed the directions completely to make sure I didn't make the same mistake twice. Once again, the company disallowed the cash back. The is the only company that I have had this problem with on befrugal. If you sign up for email with art.com you will get better discounts and you know you are getting the money. Cash back from art.com is a no. The third time will not be the charm for me.
