I attempted to purchase advertised items at the 3 Bakersfield, CA, Big Lots and also to use coupons which I was emailed by Big Lots. The employees + management weren't familiar w/ the items advertised in the flyer, couldn't tell if they were in stock or not, + ultimately claimed numerous items on ad weren't even carried by Big Lots at any of the 3 Bakersfield, CA stores. As a result, I was unable to purchase 2 Serta bed sets, 2 anti-gravity chairs, + a number of name brand food items incl. Hostess. The employees seemed confused, uncertain of themselves, uninformed, lost, and unhelpful. It's physically very difficult for me to shop in person, and it definitely wasn't worth the effort to attempt to purchase over $500 in merchandise advertised at Big Lots, Bakersfield, CA.

1 inexpensive place to shop at when not having lots of money, but do expect that you will find nice gift ideas store wide.
