If you purchase a high end appliance & purchase a extended warranty do some protection.1. Have warranty start on receipt of appliance( mine took over 2 years to receive, have hard copy with agency for coverage phone number & put in waterproof location. I purchased a kitchen aide counter depth fridge in July & as stated received it over 3 years later. Due to improper installation a small leak resulted in major damage to my home. After over a year I finally after ,no help from Lowes,although adjuster admitted responsibility I have my fridge back (under a 30 minute job). I always loved Lowes but was treated shabbily.

I am looking for an old Lowe's ad, but it seems that Lowe's doesnt want you to be able to do that, and these sites don't have archives.
