Everything is good except that you have NO "sugar free" items. Use a natural non-sugar sweetener like Truvia for those who cannot consume sugar. You would sell more pastries and I would be able to have some of your great coffee with "sugar-free" vanilla!

Never had a bowl of soup I didn't like. The bread, dinner and breakfast rolls never fail to appease the appetite Maybe I should positive word to end instead of double negatives. PANERAA ROCKS!

Today was the first time I have used the drive thru where I ordered a bacon turkey bravo sandwich with a baguette and an Asian Sesame chicken salad with a baguette and a small envelope of mustard. When we opened the sack to consume our meal there was only 1 baguette and a package of chips....which we didn't order...no extra packet of mustard. This is the first time I have used the drive thru but do the employees listen????Very disappointed as we have always been very satisfied.

i LOVE PANERA CHEDDAR BROCOLLI SOUP THE WARMEST WHEN IT IS COLD....STEAK SANDWICH FOR ME IS THE TASTIEST. CREW ALWAYS FAST AND KNOWLEDGABLE. SOMEPLACE YOU WILL WANT TO RETURN TO AGAIN & AGAIN.

Have always been happy w/ their sandwiches & soups. I am very fussy about pastry & want what I eat to be worth the calories. Their pumpkin muffin is the best.

Don't buy the Panera soups from Sam's Club. They are watery and disgusting.

I love Panera. If it was in Ontario, Oregon, I'd eat there every time I shopped! Even Boise would be better than nothing, but nearer would make me and many friends a regular.

I shop there often and their breads are excellent. The cheddar-broccoli soup is delish (in a bowl or in bread). Their salads fresh and 'fixins' are generous. Their coffee is good and the atmosphere superb. Their sandwiches are horrible, however. It is as though you are chewing large slabs of Trident gum. It is 'deli meat product' (not real meat) which are overpriced for the deli quality and form of the meats. They should never be sliced that thick. I had a $10 order and the only good thing was the coffee and glazed pecans off a discounted dessert. I was very unsatisfied!
