So disappointed! We were told by the retail Verizon store that Verizon would pay off the remainder of our AT&T contract. Called a couple of times was told would be $100 credit each in Dec. and Jan. This did not happen. Called customer service who said it was not offered when we switched. Not backing their retail stores. So sorry we switch.
