I ordered a phone case from Verizon strictly for the cash back. I never received credit for it. After reaching out to BeFrugal with details of the transaction, they temp credited me the cash back amount. After 6+ months I got a denial email from Befrugal saying that Verizon denied my cash back claim. Verizon will deny your cash back. Do not order from them.

So disappointed! We were told by the retail Verizon store that Verizon would pay off the remainder of our AT&T contract. Called a couple of times was told would be $100 credit each in Dec. and Jan. This did not happen. Called customer service who said it was not offered when we switched. Not backing their retail stores. So sorry we switch.
