I have enjoyed shopping at the Great Valu Market in Churchton MD. I always check my recipt and generally the receipt is straight on as to the items listed including those on sale according to the weekly circular. I had one difficulty recently. I went to purchase an 18oz jar of preserve, in this case strawberry preserve. It rang up $4.65 - $2.15 over the advertised price in circular. I questioned the price at customer service. I was told it was on "selected varities". The only variety available was the strawberry preserve. There was a lot of marmalade available, and it actually rang up at the advertised $2.50. Shame on this market for not having other preserves available. It was a VERY MISLEADING ad.
